To the faithful of the Armenian Church Canadian Diocese
Dear sisters and brothers in Christ,
By the will of God we have been elected Primate of the Armenian Church Canadian Diocese and have assumed responsibility towards God in all related issues that matter to our Church and toour faithful.
We feel obliged to make our capabilities, power and commitment work for the protection of God-given orders, for the vivacity of our Church, for the prosperity of our Diocese, for comforting your souls, as well as for the recognition of the Armenian Cause and the well-being of our Motherland.
Whereas we will be recognized as Christians by the practice of the commandment of love, we will remain Armenians through our loyalty towards the Mother Church, by remembering our ancestors and byrejecting the idea of being uprooted from our lands.
Bearing my responsibilities as Primate of the Diocese, I will not only pray for you, but lead you through with God-given messages and the laws and practices of our Church. I will be consistent and make sure that you stay loyal to this path.
The Holy Church, apart from being the entirety of people born from the Holy baptismal Font, is the House of God. Yet, the embellishment and vivacity of the Church are the merit of our faithfulness to the Lord.
Any activity for the prosperity of our Church, any idea or initiative for the benefit of our community and nation will have our assistance and support.
It is immeasurably easier to overcome obstacles by united action rather than by individual effort. Therefore, we must face the challenges offered to us by uniting our forces and by demonstrating the power of our action with unity.
We thus look forward to theactive partnership and cooperation of the faithful members of our Canadian Diocese in addressing issues related to our Mother Church and the Armenian nation.
May the Good Lord bless our modest ambitions to serve for the betterment of our Church and Nation.

Առ Հաւատաւոր Հայորդիս Գանատահայոց Թեմիս
Սիրելի Քոյրեր եւ Եղբայրներ ի Քրիստոս,
Նախախնամութեամբ ստանձնել ենք Գանատահայոց Թեմի առաջնորդութիւնն ու դարձել պատասխանատու առ Աստված Ձեզ և Թեմին առնչուող ցանկացած խնդիրներին: Մեր կարողութիւններն և ուժն ու եռանդը պարտաւորւում են ի սպաս բերել Աստուածադիր Կարգերի պաշտպանութեան, Մայր Եկեղեցւոյ պայծառացման, Տիրախնամ Թեմիս ծաղկման, Ձեր հոգիների մխիթարութեան, Հայոց մեր Ազգի արդար Դատի ճանաչման, Մայր Հայրենեաց շէնացման նուիրական զոհասեղանին:
Եթե Սիրոյ Պատուիրանի կատարումով պիտի ճանաչուինք քրիստոնեայ, ապա Մայր Եկեղեցւոյ հանդէպ ունեցած հաւատարմութեամբ, մեր Նախնեաց Յիշատակը վառ պահելու պատրաստակամութեամբ և մերժելով Մայր Հայրենեաց կենսաձիր Հողից արմատախիլ չլինելու գաղափարը՝ մնալու ենք Հայ:
Ձեզ համար առ Աստուած պատասխանատու լինելը սոսկ աղօթելով չի սահմանափակւում, այլ Աստուածատուր պատգամներով և Մայր Եկեղեցու նուիրագործած Կարգերով առաջնորդել է նշանակում: Մենք լինելու ենք հետևողական, որպէսզի Դուք հաւատարիմ մնաք նախանշուած ճանապարհին:
Սուրբ Եկեղեցին, բացի Սբ. Աւազանից ծնուածների ամբողջականութիւնը լինելուց, նաեւ Տունն է Աստուծոյ, որի պայծառութիւնն ու բարեզարդութիւնը առ Աստուած երաշխիք են հաւատարմութեան առ Աստուած։
Մայր Եկեղեցու պայծառացմանը նպաստող գործողութիւններն, Ազգային ցանկացած գաղափար և Ազգօգուտ իւրաքանչիւր նախաձեռնութիւն մեր կողմից օժանդակութիւն են գտնելու:
Խոչընդոտները յաղթահարել անհամեմատ դիւրին է Միաբանութեամբ, քան անհատապէս, ուստի, մեզ ուղղուած մարտահրաւէրներին պէտք է տալ միասնական հակահարուած՝ ցուցադրելով թէ՛ մեր կարողութիւնները, թէ՛ մեր համախմբուածութեան ոյժը:
Գանատահայոց Թեմիս Հաւատաւոր զաւակներից ակնկալում ենք ակտիւ համագործակցութիւն Մայր Եկեղեցուն և Հայոց Ազգիս վերաբերող խնդիրներին:
Բարին Աստուած արդիւնաւորի Մայր Եկեղեցուն և Հայոց Ազգիս օգտակար լինելու մեր համեստ նկրտումները:
