On Sunday, March 29, 2015 the Holy Trinity Armenian Church welcomed parishioners to celebrate the Palm Sunday.
The Rev. Archpriest Fr. Zareh Zargarian, the Pastor, celebrated the Divine Liturgy accompanied by the Deacons, Sub Deacons and the Church Choir led by Mr. Shahe Altounian. The Opening of the Great Door (Դռնբացէք) was at noon followed by the Children’s Procession. The members of Armenian Church Youth Organization of Canada (Seniors and Juniors) participated on Sunday Mass and were invited to Holy Altar where they received a special blessing from Rev. Archpriest Zareh Zargarian and were praised for their dedication and devotion to the church.`
Everyone was invited to enjoy the Palm Sunday Annual Luncheon, organized, and hosted by the Senior and Junior ACYOC members that took place in the Margaros Artinian Hall following service.
Fr. Zargarian invited the youth who had taken part in CYMA (Canadian Youth Mission to Armenia) in previous years to stage. They shared interesting experiences they earned in Armenia. Also present was Mr. Bedros Kokorian who accompanied the youth on the same mission for many years.
A very warm and festive atmosphere, great food, friends, and family, made this another memorable Palm Sunday Luncheon.
