ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
POSITION DETAILS:
7 weeks full-time (40 hours/week) – start date: July 18, 2022

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Data entry
-Filing
-Register and issue donation receipts
-Upload posts to the organization’s social media
-Website updates
-Other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• between the age of 15 and 30
• Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the immigration and refugee protection act for the duration of the employment.
• have a valid social insurance number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• demonstrated organizational, oral, and written English communication skills.
• ability to function both independently and under supervision.
• competent in setting and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
POSITION DETAILS:

-Develop eye-catching campaign assets/flyers that can work across multiple platforms
-Design and print of hardcopy products
-Creating original materials using prints in archive for the organization’s website
-Prioritize tasks, set expectations, and meet deadlines.
-Provide reliable turnaround within deadlines, promptly and directly flagging issues as they arise.
-Other duties as assigned
-Other tasks as required

CAMP MANAGER (1 position)
At Holy Trinity Armenian Church – 920 Progress Avenue, Toronto, ON M1G 3T5
POSITION DETAILS:
7 weeks of full-time Program – start date: July 18, 2022 (preparation time included in 7 weeks)
Salary: $15/hr. (position made possible by Canada Summer Jobs)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The HTAC Summer Camp Manager is responsible for the planning and organizing the program for campers, encouraging adventure, enjoyment, and the development of new skills and interests. The Camp Manager is in charge of the councillors and together they develop weekly programs for participants aged 6-12 years. This position requires a passion for working with youth and children.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop creative, age-appropriate activities for youth to participate in person, based on a weekly theme.
-Facilitate activities for groups that are formed based on age.
-Purchase, organize the supply lists for each week in advance.
-Monitor the safety and care of each camper as well as councillors.
-Address any challenging camper behaviour with emotional maturity.
-Write up and follow up on all Incident reports required.
-Other duties as required.
